Paper templates

Each uploaded article will be tested for excessive use of AI generated content  in the paper.

The submitted papers must be written in English or Slovak language and describe the original research findings. Full papers are limited to minimum 4 pages and up to 7 pages of A4 format (210 x 297 mm) in pdf file format, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling. Below are links to templates for papers.

All submitted papers must adhere strictly to the formatting guidelines outlined on the proceedings website. The submission format aligns with the camera-ready format. Please review and and carefully follow the instructions and templates provided. You may be asked by the editor to rework the paper for acceptance as a consequence of ignoring the guidelines.

Use only current paper templates as there have been changes to templates from previous years. Only 1 author with at most 3 optional co-authors are allowed on one paper. Tthis is also restricted by the submission system. When converting to .pdf file format, please set the page dimmensions to A4 (do not use the Letter format).

    Submit names of author and co-author very carefully. Please, use diacritics as this data are used in editorial process of proceedings. Be careful about diacritics and correct spelling. Good: „Nosáľ“. Bad: „Nosal“, or „Nosaľ“. The same applies to the submission title. Submission title is the title of Your paper, please be careful about correct spelling.

    Use institutional e-mail address ( as this will be a communication channel for the Editorial board. If it is possible, add some other contact such as  work phone number.
